Amy Mallor, Executive Director, grew up in Westfield, New Jersey. Her family was dedicated to Reform Judaism and involved in their synagogue. However, Amy’s passion for being involved in synagogue life did not happen until  many years later. She became super involved with her synagogue in Miami, and would leave meetings excited and enthused. She still feels the same about synagogue life, even in Covid times. She is delighted to be here during what she calls the “birth” of two historic congregations. In her spare time, Amy enjoys taking walks with her dog Mango, golfing and playing pickleball when the weather permits. A graduate of Goucher College, before it became co-ed, Amy looks forward to visiting the campus and taking a walk down memory lane. She also looks forward to visiting her daughter Emily in Chicago and her siblings in Indiana when travel restrictions are lifted.
