Charlotte and Ben were born one year apart from each other in northern California, and they have been inseparable ever since. That is why they are excited to have their Bar and Bat Mitzvah together.

Charlotte is a conscientious 8th grade student at Garrison Forest who loves her friends, field hockey, tennis, and her family. She gives all of these 100% effort. She loves to come home to be with her beloved pets- her dog, Teddy and her cat, John. She is part of a large group of cousins from all over the world, including Texas, New Jersey, Florida, France, and Israel. She is very devoted to her loved ones. She wants to pursue a career in which she can help others.

Ben is a unique 7th grade student at Boys’ Latin with a quick wit, a lot of energy, and a love of sports and friends. He is a top player on the Boys’ Latin tennis team and has played on their basketball and flag football teams. He has a very creative side and has excelled in art and music. He is constantly coming up with new ideas and passions, but he is able to turn all of this off quickly and enjoy time at home with his family and his pets. He especially likes movie night, when he gets a chance to eat pizza and relax.

Charlotte and Ben are blessed to have a lovely little sister, Lilly, an 11 year-old who keeps them on their toes. Lilly aspires to keep up with her older siblings. She has certainly benefited from Charlotte and Ben,  who lovingly nurture their little sister.

Together, Ben and Charlotte will celebrate their Bar and Bat Mitzvah on May 15, 2021. The pandemic has only strengthened their relationship and given them a unity on this day that they will be able to cherish for the rest of their lives.
